Voting juries, we make reference that this evolution goes hand in hand with the electoral pedagogy and that its primary objective is the participation and the reduction of null or badly marked votes, it is important to emphasize that the citizen should be given the choice of his options regardless of his level of education or his political preferences and taking into account the facts and logic, that his intention to vote, be clear that and that does not allow doubt, and that the juries of voting thus they reflect it in the minutes of scrutiny; This means that this tool facilitates its interpretation and that at the time of doubt, the principle of voting effectiveness must be taken into account, and that it represents the free expression of the will of the elector.
